Composition of transmission system A complete packaging process includes four key actions: horizontal cutting, vertical cutting, horizontal sealing, and vertical sealing. For the transmission of this mechanism, the user has considered the following points and has chosen to select a ProWay gearbox. (1) Increase the torque output value of the servo motor. After adding a reducer, there is a relationship between the output torque and the rated output torque of the servo motor as follows: T output=T servo x i x η. Among them, T servo is the rated output torque of the servo motor; T output is the output torque of the servo motor after passing through the reducer; I is the speed ratio of the gearbox; η is the output efficiency of the gearbox. (2) Reduce the inertial impact of the work platform on the servo motor. In situations where the servo motor suddenly starts and stops or frequently rotates in both directions, the inertia impact of the load on the servo motor is very severe. If corresponding measures cannot be taken to avoid it, it is easy to cause damage to the output shaft of the servo motor due to impact, which in turn affects the positioning accuracy and service life of the servo motor. The relationship between inertia and speed ratio is as follows: JLR=(JL/i2)/(3-5).   Among them, JL is the actual inertia of the load, which can be calculated based on the structure and weight of the load; JLR - the inertia converted to the servo motor end after passing through the reducer; 3-5 is an empirical value. It is not difficult to see from the above relationship that adding a reducer significantly reduces the impact of load inertia on the inertia of the servo motor. (3) Improve transmission efficiency. The transmission efficiency of servo reducers is over 90%, and the efficiency of ProWay precision reducers can reach 97%. This can greatly output the power of the servo motor.     Characteristics of worm gear reducer 1. With a larger transmission ratio, it is more compact than a staggered shaft helical gear mechanism. The transmission ratio is equal to the ratio of the number of teeth of the worm gear to the number of teeth of the worm gear, and the number of teeth (screw heads) of the worm gear is often less, so the transmission ratio can be much larger. 2. Worm gear transmission is equivalent to spiral transmission, mostly tooth meshing transmission, so the transmission is smooth and the noise is relatively low. 3. The meshing teeth of the two wheels are in linear contact, and its load-bearing capacity is much higher than that of the helical gear mechanism with staggered shafts. 4. The self-locking worm mechanism used in lifting machinery can provide safety protection due to its reverse self-locking property. 5. Lower transmission efficiency and more severe wear. When the worm gear is engaged for transmission, the relative sliding speed between the meshing teeth is high, resulting in high friction loss and low efficiency. On the other hand, the higher relative sliding speed causes severe wear on the tooth surface and generates heat. 6. The axial force of the worm is greater. Worm gears and worm gear reducers are also widely used in situations where two shafts are interlocked, the transmission ratio is large, the transmission power is small, or intermittent operation occurs.
